Mark & Karin Beckett purchased Hennies Upholstery in June 2007 - with the vision of transforming the well-known name of Hennies into a modern and professional furniture and upholstery business.

Since June 2007 the staff compliment has grown from 6 people to the current 15 people - which includes Allisen (receptionist and customer liaison),Ursula,our experienced sales representative, and a highly experienced team of sewers and upholsterers.

Company growth took the business from the small premises of Paterson Road to the larger York Road premises in November 2008 - which includes a showroom of furniture and fabrics and a spacious 1000m² workshop area.

Hennies Upholstery has made great strides into the corporate market - dealing with furniture distributors, office furniture suppliers and interior designers, this said, private customers with specialised furniture and upholstery requirements remain a top priority.
